Yulia Arispe is a Venezuelan-American producer with Russian heritage, based in Los Angeles. Her passion for storytelling began in childhood, creating documentaries alongside her grandfather, working with analog film, photography, and darkroom editing. She began her career as an entrepreneur, launching and scaling a successful marketing business, but political shifts in Venezuela led her to flee her home. Embracing a new chapter as an immigrant in Miami, she established a thriving social media marketing business and built a prominent footprint as an influencer, demonstrating a natural talent for audience engagement and brand building.

Pivoting her business acumen toward narrative storytelling, Yulia transitioned into the entertainment industry. She holds dual MFA degrees in Filmmaking and Film & TV Producing and is Women in Film, WIF Fellow in the Physical Production cohort. Yulia’s development as a producer has been shaped by direct mentorship from executives at Apple TV, Disney, A&E and Warner Bros., and prominent independent producers.

With over 30 producing credits across film and new media, and Fluent in three languages, Yulia brings a global perspective, creative discipline, and strong leadership to every project she undertakes. Her comprehensive industry background includes working in film distribution at MPX, serving as a screener for Dances with Films, FOLCS, and Tallgrass FF, and working at AFI Fest and TCL Film Fest.

Currently, Yulia actively produces independent projects and is developing a robust original slate. Not bound by any particular genre, Yulia is driven by a passion for authentic storytelling and filmmaking, always seeking compelling new projects to attach herself to and support.
